VOZEEL Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with VOZEEL. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, refund, or exchange, please read the policy below carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

You may contact us to request an order cancellation before the order has been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it directly. You will need to receive the product first and then request a return according to this policy.

To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] and provide your order number and the email address used to place the order.

2. 30-Day Return Policy

VOZEEL offers returns within 30 days from the date the product is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally meet the following conditions:

l The product is unused;

l The product is in its original condition;

l All accessories and parts are included;

l The product is returned in its original packaging;

l You can provide an order number or proof of purchase.

u If the product has been used, damaged, is missing parts, or is not in resellable condition, we may be unable to accept the return or may only offer a partial refund based on the condition of the product.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Returns or refunds are generally not accepted in the following situations:

l The product has been used or shows obvious signs of wear;

l The product has been damaged due to customer misuse or mishandling;

l Accessories, instructions, or packaging are missing;

l The return request is made after the 30-day return period;

l The product is returned without prior approval from us;

l The product cannot be delivered, is returned, or is lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer;

l The product has been opened for a non-quality-related reason and the condition affects resale;

l The completeness or safety of the product contents cannot be verified.

u Because first aid kits are emergency safety products, product completeness, hygiene, and reliability are important. If a product has been used, heavily opened, is missing components, or its contents cannot be verified as complete, we may be unable to accept the return.

4. Refund Process

After receiving your return request, we will review your order and return eligibility.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send the product back without our confirmation, as doing so may affect the refund process.

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days, but the actual time for the funds to appear may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

5. Partial Refunds

In certain cases, we may issue a partial refund based on the actual condition of the returned product, including but not limited to:

l The product is not in its original condition;

l The product is damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by VOZEEL;

l The returned packaging is severely damaged;

l The product condition affects resale;

l Return requests made after 30 days are generally not accepted. If we approve a late return under special circumstances, a partial refund may be issued based on the condition of the product.

u The final refund amount will be determined based on the product condition, order value, completeness of accessories, packaging condition, and any actual loss incurred.

6. Exchange Policy

We only offer exchanges, replacements, refunds, or other reasonable solutions when the product is defective, the wrong item was sent, or the product was clearly damaged during shipping.

If the product you received is defective, damaged, or different from your order, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide the following information:

l Order number;

l Description of the issue;

l Photos or videos of the product;

l Photos of the outer packaging;

l Photos of the shipping label.

u After verification, we will provide an exchange, replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

7. Return Shipping

For returns that are not related to product quality issues, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

If the product is defective, the wrong item was sent, or the product was damaged during shipping, and we confirm that the issue was caused by VOZEEL or the shipping carrier, we will handle the related costs according to the situation.

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a product quality issue, an incorrect item sent by us, or unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products. For higher-value orders, we recommend purchasing shipping insurance. If the return package is lost or damaged during transit and no valid tracking record is available, we may be unable to complete the refund.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If we have confirmed that your refund has been issued but you have not yet received it, please first check your bank account or payment account.

You may also contact your credit card company, bank, or payment provider, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

9. High-Value Orders, Wholesale Orders, and Custom Orders

For high-value orders, especially bulk purchases, wholesale orders, custom orders, or orders over $1,000, we recommend contacting us before placing the order to confirm product specifications, quantity, shipping method, and after-sales terms.

Unless the product has a quality issue, the wrong item was sent, or the product is significantly different from the description, high-value orders, wholesale orders, or custom orders may not be eligible for returns for personal reasons or buyer’s remorse.
